Congrats to AC Billz IV for taking back to back ABC titles. He was the only entrant with Kentucky in the championship game, a pick that proved to be the deciding factor. Florida losing to UConn in the 1st semifinal opened the door for Cutter to sneak in. Aaron Harrison continued his series of clutch performances to lead the Wildcats into the 'ship tonight.
My apologies for incorrect standings in the earlier blog post. I had Cutter at 69 points when he should have been at 79 for the Kentucky Final Four pick. It proved to be a costly error as I had mislead Rachael Weissman for an entire week. She thought she was in contention with a Kentucky win and that the Florida / UConn semifinal had no implications. Turns out, Florida losing eliminated her from first place. I cannot describe how apologetic I am.
Below are the final standings for this years ABCI. Next year may be called Anyone But Cutter has he has proven to be a force with which to be reckoned.
